Retreat Confirmation:
-Upon receipt of your deposit at Countryside Camp, we will send you a letter of Confirmation.
-In order to serve you better, we must receive confirmation 7 days prior to your retreat:
1. The total number of people attending
2. Any additional items that you require (TV/VCR/DVD, overhead, flipchart, etc.)
3. Arrival/departure time
4. Contact person/leader attending retreat
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, your deposits are non-refundable and non -transferable to another date. If your group decides to cancel within the four weeks prior to your retreat at Countryside Camp, the Deposit plus the Partial Payment will not be refunded.
