A. DISCIPLESHIP 101: Introductory Program
2 weeks: June 29 - July 11 (grades 10-12)
What do you believe? We call this Faith Foundations. Disc101 helps you answer
questions through an exploration of basic Christian doctrine. You’ll also
participate in introductory leadership development sessions with a combination
of guest speakers, formal instruction, and small groups. This is about learning
to be students of Jesus. It’s also about learning who you are as a leader -
following Christ’s example by leading others to do justice, love mercy, and
walk humbly with God. Our focus is Christ-centred mentorship through topics
such as spiritual disciplines, basic theology, social action, scripture study,
mission, faith witness, and biblical leadership. A firm foundation for what’s
to come.
