Come celebrate with us! Low Support Camp Programs are created to inspire and encourage persons with various abilities. We’re all about learning, growing, and having fun at each person’s level. This includes outdoor adventure, spiritual training, ecotherapy, and animal therapy. Guests are supported by trained staff and are encouraged to participate in activities at their own pace.

Two residential (overnight) camps are available for adults who require LOW SUPPORT* You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy life with other guests and staff as you swim, play games, make crafts, and sing around the campfire.

A typical day includes three delicious meals, Power & Praise worship time with music and drama, Bible Study, Pool therapy, and rest time. We also enjoy activities such as parachute games, sand blast, canoeing, chalk drawings, crafts, animal farm, hiking, campfires, and low-impact sports.

"Camp Shalom" does NOT provide 1:1 support.
High Support ("High Needs") guests are encouraged to bring a private personal support worker in order to attend Low Support weeks.

Answer the Call of the Wild! Join us for an amazing wilderness camping trip in God’s great outdoors! Make new friends, learn survival techniques, and gain skills like canoeing, camping, and teambuilding. You can do it! Campfire cooking, paddling, swimming, hiking, team challenges, and more... We’ll sleep a few nights in camp’s wilderness basecamp, set up tents in the family-camp area, and take an afternoon canoe trip on the Grand river. This is all about coming to know God, yourself, and creation... fun times
